For retail customers

If you’re an individual looking to purchase our final products, you can visit the Ecosilky website or explore our offerings on Gaia website and Etsy Gaia – a brand developed by Ecosilky, offering a diverse range of choices.

In case you don’t find your desired product on Gaia and Ecosilky websites, simply send product images and your requirements, including: Fabric type, quantity, delivery location, dye type, necessary certifications, and any other specifications, to info@ecosilky.com.vn. Ecosilky will promptly respond to your inquiry.

For wholesale customers

Understanding that wholesale customers have unique requirements, we explain in detail how we work with different customer segments.

1. If you have fabric samples and want a quote

If you wish to buy in bulk, already have product samples, and are looking for a quote, you can send your product samples to the Ecosilky office at 285 / 94C Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Simultaneously, email your specifications, including: Fabric type, quantity, delivery location, dye type, necessary certifications, and other requirements to info@ecosilky.com.vn. You will receive a quote from Ecosilky within 5 working days. Typically, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 ton, with some fabric lines having varying MOQs, which will be detailed via email.

2. If you have a project for new product development

For those looking to purchase in bulk and already have specific products for development, Ecosilky supports you throughout the process. Follow these steps to help Ecosilky better understand your needs:

Firstly, send specific requests for the product you want to develop to info@ecosilky.com.vn, including details such as the product you want to develop, quantity, delivery location, technical requirements, certification requirements, and other specifications. The fee for the first fabric roll and the fabric roll price is $500 (approximately 100m/roll). The $500 fee will be refunded when you place an order for more than 3000m.

If you already have product samples, send them to the Ecosilky office at 285 / 94C Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Ecosilky also provides free 120-minute ODM consultation services to support you in developing ODM products, advising on sustainable fabrics, and creating marketing plans for product development in various markets.

When you register for Ecosilky’s consultation or ODM package, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed, an essential step to ensure the security of your information and business.

3. If you have ideas for converting to sustainable fabrics

If you don’t have specific product samples or ideas but intend to explore products made from natural fabrics, Ecosilky will assist you through the following steps:

Send your ideas to info@ecosilky.com.vn, including details such as the product you want to develop, quantity, type of product, delivery location, technical requirements, certification requirements, and other specifications.

Ecosilky charges a fee of $200 for a 180-minute ODM consultation within 3 days (60 minutes/day) to assist you in understanding ODM products, utilizing sustainable materials, and creating a marketing plan for product development. Additionally, you will receive a standardized fabric sample during the consultation (minimum size 20 x 20). This fee will be refunded when you order more than 3000m.

If you wish to continue consulting, you will receive a 50% discount on consulting fees for subsequent sessions.

Ecosilky always respects the information of both parties, so an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be executed when you register for Ecosilky’s consultation and ODM packages. This is an important step to ensure the security of your information.
